📦 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at decordwell.shop@hotmail.com or call us at +91 70462 68037 with your Order ID and contact details.

  • Any amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns and offer replacements only under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Return:

  1. The product received is damaged or defective.

  2. The product received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or item).

  3. The product is incomplete or has missing parts/accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

🔄 Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping address.

  3. The product must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., damaged or wrong item sent).

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • After successful inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

  • It may take 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.

⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app.

  • Then contact your bank or card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at decordwell.shop@hotmail.com.

❌ Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace a product, you must return the existing item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
